1. Parties to this agreement
The promoter is Paymentsense Limited (company number 06730690, having a trading address The Brunel Building, 2 Canalside Walk, London, W2 1DG, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with firm reference numbers 900925 and 738728) and you, the person shown as the ‘legal entity’ in the application documents.
2. This promotion
The title of this sales promotion is: 1st Month Free Terminal Rental.
This sales promotion is where the first month of your card terminal rental will not be billed to you, and payments will start from month two. Card terminal rental after this point will be charged at the agreed amount at point of sale.
If you cancel before the first month of service is billed in full to you, the card terminal rental will not apply; however, any other incurred charges will still be billed in full to you.
3. How to enter
This sales promotion will run from 24 August 2020 and runs indefinitely until we withdraw it (which we may do without notice).
You will automatically be entered into this sales promotion when you enter into a monthly rolling contract with us. By signing up with us on a monthly rolling contract you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility
This sales promotion is only open to customers signing up with us on a monthly rolling contract.
In entering this sales promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this sales promotion which may include identity and verification details. These details will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here: www.paymentsense.com/uk/legal/privacy.
There is a limit of one entry to this sales promotion per legal entity. Entries on behalf of another legal entity will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
We reserve all rights to disqualify you from this sales promotion if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this sales promotion.
We accept no responsibility for the failure of any card terminal to “go live” for any reason including any lost, late, undelivered or incomplete card terminals for any technical or other reason.
5. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering this sales promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Ownership of entries to this sales promotion
All documents provided to us in support of entry to this sales promotion any accompanying material submitted to us will become the property of us on receipt and will not be returned.
7. Data protection
We will only process your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy which can be found here: www.paymentsense.com/uk/legal/privacy.
8. General
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this sales promotion.
We reserve the right without notice in our sole discretion to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this sales promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
