Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions
This Offer is organised by Paymentsense Limited, 242 Acklam Road, W10 5JJ. (“Paymentsense”).
In addition to the Offer Terms and Conditions set out below and the Paymentsense Merchant Service Agreement you hereby accept and agree that the rules below may apply without limitation to the Offer. In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these Terms and Conditions.

- Offer only available at the terminal and rental price points noted below:
- £203.40 cashback if you purchase a desktop terminal at £16.95 / mth
- £239.40 cashback if you purchase a portable terminal at £19.95 / mth
- £263.40 cashback if you purchase a mobile terminal at £21.95 / mth
- Offer valid from Thursday 1st September 2016 until 31 January 2019.
- To take advantage of the Offer you must have processed at least one transaction on the applicable terminal by this date
- Offer available while terminal stocks last
- Offer can only be redeemed a minimum of 120 days after the first date you process a transaction through your terminal. Any attempts to redeem the Offer before this date will not be accepted.
- To redeem the Offer go to www.paymentsense.co.uk/cashback and enter the following information:
- Customer Name
- Business Name
- Offer Redemption Code (see Offer Confirmation Email)
- Merchant Identification Number (can be found on your statement)
- Email Address
- Offer must be redeemed by 180 days after the first date you process a transaction through your terminal. Any attempts to redeem the Offer after this date will not be accepted
- Paymentsense will use the information supplied above to match the Offer claim to our records
- Offer claims will not be accepted if any of your contracted accounts are in arrears and/or you are no longer an active customer at the time of processing the claim
- All successful Offer claims will be processed and your account will be credited with the appropriate cashback amount within 28 days of you submitting your claim
