How to claim exit fees from your previous provider
We want to make it as easy as possible to join Paymentsense. That’s why we offer you protection against your existing provider’s cancellation charges. Cancellation Protection gives you up to £3,000 excl. VAT of financial protection against fees incurred from cancelling your contract with your card payments service provider.
1. Cancel your contract with your existing card payment provider
2. Request a VAT
invoice from your current provider, showing your fees. If you have a separate leasing provider, you
will also need to cancel with them directly
3. Complete the claim form below, attaching
your invoice
4. We process your claim and transfer the cancellation costs to your bank
account within 10 days
