After a year of wins in 2016, notably the Sunday Times Outstanding Achievement Award from the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, Paymentsense founders George Karibian and Jan Farrarons are heading to the podium once more.

Paymentsense are delighted to announce a ranking of No 29 on the eighth annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200; a roundup of Britain’s top private companies with the fastest-growing international sales.

To be considered for the league table companies are required to have total sales of at least £25m and international sales of at least £1m in the last year. Paymentsense had an average international sales growth of 91.76% pa.

Paymentsense are in good company on the list with prestigious companies including Mountain Warehouse, AerFin Aircraft, and GForces Automotive software services also making the Top 30.

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 is sponsored by HSBC and DHL Express, and compiled by Fast Track, the Oxford-based research and networking events firm.

Amanda Murphy, UK head of commercial banking at HSBC stated, “This year’s Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 is testament to the exciting opportunities available to ambitious UK businesses with appetite to grow their goods and services abroad. The 74 companies in London are putting the city firmly on the map as a thriving business hub. We work very closely with our business customers to help them achieve their goals, so it makes me immensely proud to see so many of them succeed.”

The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 ranking comes hot on the heels of a surge in new business growth for Paymentsense. With an already impressive figure of 50,000 merchants, a further uptake of 10,000 came onboard, taking the total to a milestone achievement of 60,000.

Jed Rose, Chief Executive Officer at Paymentsense commented, “We are delighted to be ranked #29 on the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. Our teams are intensely focused on creating a better card processing experience and our progress is shown by the rapidly growing number of SMEs choosing Paymentsense every day, not just within the UK, but increasingly within Europe. It is an honour to be recognised by the Fast Track Awards for the 3rd year in a row.”

The invite-only awards dinner will be held on Tuesday 19 September at The Dorchester in London, where the Paymentsense team will receive an official, complimentary league table plaque recognising the achievement.
