Paymentsense nominated for the Customer Focus Award, 2017Company News 14 November 2017
After a flurry of recent wins, Paymentsense has been nominated for the Customer Focus Award at the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards, 2017. This announcement follows news that the card payments provider has also been shortlisted for the National Business Awards’ Samsung Innovation Award.
The Customer Focus Award recognises companies striving to exceed customer expectations and spearheading exceptional standards of service. Other businesses shortlisted for the award include Virgin Wines, Xero and EPoS Now.
This isn’t the first year Paymentsense has been recognised by the National Business Awards. In 2015, the fintech company picked up the UKTI Growth Business of the Year Award, and in 2016 was shortlisted for the Amazon Digital Business of the Year Award. This is, however, the first time the company has been nominated for a customer-centric award.
The National Business Awards ceremony takes place on Tuesday 14 November 2017 at Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane. Last year, the Customer Focus Award went to courier company DPD for their exceptional service.
